Pray for the Lord to send out workers throughout every corner of His harvestfield.

1. Praise God for all His interventions in the lives of people on His Earth, especially through the redemptive work of Jesus.

2. Pray that every people group around the world who does not have access to God’s Word in their own language will very soon. Pray for His providential blessing to be on those who are working in linguistics / Bible translation ministries.

3. May our hearts echo the last prayer of Scripture: “Even so, come, Lord Jesus!” (Rev. 22:20).

Fakaofo, Tokelau

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Fakaofo.

Tokelau is a territory of New Zealand, geographically halfway between Hawaii and New Zealand. Fakaofo is a the largest atoll (coral island encompassing a lagoon) of the territory. Around 500 people live on Fakaofo. Pray for someone today who has heard the Word of God but not yet accepted it to do so.
Tokelau is the first nation to be 100% solar powered (wikipedia). Pray for workers who maintain solar equipment to also personally decide to access the Son’s power / resources in their daily lives.
Fakaofo has swimming pigs that catch fish. Pray for animal lovers on the island to see the kindness of the Lord in providing for all of His creatures.

Coober Pedy, Australia

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Coober Pedy.

1. Around 60% of Coober Pedy’s residents live in underground dugouts, to avoid the extreme summer heat and freezing winter temperatures. These dugouts stay around 73° all year round. Pray for a family living in an underground dwelling to come to know Jesus as their personal Lord, Savior, and friend this month.

2. With 70 opal fields, Cooper Pedy is known as the “Opal Capital of the World.” Pray for an opal miner to realize that he is worth more to the his Creator than any gemstone.

3. Pray for believers in Australia to have freedom to witness amidst increasingly difficult legal stipulations.

Thanks to my son for telling me about Coober Pedy after he learned about it in VBS at Grace Baptist Church last summer.

Hastings, New Zealand

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Hastings.

1. Pray for people passing through the intersection of Oliphant and Cobham today to also come to / turn at the greatest spiritual intersection of all: man’s sin and God’s offer for atonement.

2. The word “oliphant” means “a hunter’s horn made from an elephant tusk” (merriam-webster.com). The only elephants in New Zealand live at the Auckland Zoo. Pray for their keepers to trust Jesus.

3. Pray for the richest family in Hastings to also be rich in the things of the Lord.

Pape’ete, French Polynesia

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Pape’ete.

1. The green building on the right is a supermarket. Pray for today’s shoppers to meet the Savior Who satisfies more than just physical needs.

2. Pray for a cab driver on this road today to have a Christian passenger with whom he can have a gospel conversation.

3. The red sign on the left is for a British telecommunications company. Pray that those who use their services will also become proficient in the greatest communication ever – prayer to the Most High God.

Mendi, Papua New Guinea

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Mendi.

1. Pray for the Lord to kindle in the hearts of the people who walk up these garden steps a desire to know Him, the Master Gardener Who made all the plants they see.

2. Pray for workers at the local sawmill to receive and accept a gospel witness.

3. Pray for there to be an outreach to the children of Mendi, that they might know the love of Jesus.

Augathella, Australia

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Augathella.

1. Pray for the owner of this butcher shop to come to know Christ, as well as the farmers who bring in meat for him to sell.

2. The 2018 census lists Augathella as having 449 people. Pray for a church to start that will minister to their spiritual needs.

3. The local library opened in 2000. Pray for everyone who will come there this summer to be introduced to the greatest Book of all.

Asipani, Wallis and Futuna (France)

Eighty years ago today, US Marines landed on the islands of Wallis and Futuna. The current population of the islands is around 15,000. Pray that anyone over the age of eighty will have an opportunity to accept the gospel during the next month.
Pray for the person in Asipani with the highest IQ and the person with the lowest IQ to both trust Christ alone for justification.
Pray for revival in the heart of each Christian in Asipani.

Arue, French Polynesia

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Arue.

Pictured above is the tomb of King Pomare V. Google Earth states that it is “temporarily closed.” Although they are referring to the on-site museum, that statement is also true for the people in all graves worldwide (John 5:28-29). Pray that many people in Arue will make preparations now for their future eternal destiny.
Pray for a Christian in Arue who is being tempted by the pull of materialism to remember the lasting satisfaction he already possesses in Christ.
Pray for an athlete competing in the Arue Stadium to press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:14).

Galatians 6:9-10

Innamincka, Australia

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Innamincka.

Pray for pilots landing this month on the above airstrip to think about their accountability to their Maker while they are in His sky.
Pray for workers at the trading post referenced on the sign to hear how to trade their sins for the righteousness of Christ, and do so.
Innamincka was formerly called Hopetoun. Pray for someone there who is losing hope to turn to Jesus, Whose gift of hope is an anchor for the soul (Hebrews 6:17-20).
