Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Easter Island.
1. Stone houses such as the one above are found at the top of a steep cliff in Orongo, and were once the location for yearly birdman cult ceremonies. When Christianity was introduced to the island, many left those customs for the Truth. Today, Orongo is a World Heritage site. Pray for visiting tourists to similarly be introduced to the Truth, that they may abandon their own attempts at creating meaning and purpose in exchange for the gospel.
2. Easter Island became a Chilean territory in 1888. Currently 5,000 people live on the island. The island’s name stems from the fact that it was first seen by a European explorer on Easter Sunday in 1722 (metmuseum.org). Pray that as Easter Sunday this year approaches, many salvation decisions will be made.
3. Pray for the Scripture to be widely available and read by many islanders.

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Roto.
Photos from Google Earth
1. Roto is in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, which is a self-governing group that has been a US territory since 1978. Roto is located 40 miles away from Guam, and its inhabitants are US citizens. Roman Catholicism is the religion of 90% of Roto’s approximately 2,000 residents. Pray for the Lord to send a Christian to Roto to witness for Him.
2. The thatched roof in the top picture is a feature of traditional Chamorro homes. These roofs would often have to be replaced every year or two, with the frequency of doing so being dictated by weather conditions. (Most houses on Roto do not currently have thatched roofs, but the Chamorro cultural influences are still strong.) Pray for whoever lives in the top house to receive a clear gospel message this year.
3. The lower picture shows two large water barrels, used to collect and store rainwater. Many of the homes on Roto use this type of water barrel. In Biblical times, many homes had cisterns for the same purposes. Jeremiah 2:13 highlights the fact that God’s people had forsaken Him, the fountain of living waters, and hewn out for themselves broken cisterns that could hold no water. Pray for the family living at the house with the pictured water barrels to realize there is no substitute for knowing and serving the one true God.
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Innamincka.
Pray for pilots landing this month on the above airstrip to think about their accountability to their Maker while they are in His sky.
Pray for workers at the trading post referenced on the sign to hear how to trade their sins for the righteousness of Christ, and do so.
Innamincka was formerly called Hopetoun. Pray for someone there who is losing hope to turn to Jesus, Whose gift of hope is an anchor for the soul (Hebrews 6:17-20).

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Casey.
Pray that today the Holy Spirit will remind Australian scientists in Casey of any Scripture they have previously heard, and that they will respond to it appropriately.
Near Casey, a giant canyon was just discovered under Vanderford Glacier by scientists taking echo measurements from the ship Nuyina. Pray for this discovery to bring glory to God.
Casey is one of four permanent Australian stations in Antarctica. Summer in Antarctica will end in February, and most people will return home, reducing the total Australian population from 500 to 80. Pray for those nearing the end of their stay to acknowledge the eternal power and divine nature of the Creator, as revealed in nature around them (Rom. 1:20). Pray that general revelation will point them to special revelation (the Bible).

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Arue.
Pictured above is the tomb of King Pomare V. Google Earth states that it is “temporarily closed.” Although they are referring to the on-site museum, that statement is also true for the people in all graves worldwide (John 5:28-29). Pray that many people in Arue will make preparations now for their future eternal destiny.
Pray for a Christian in Arue who is being tempted by the pull of materialism to remember the lasting satisfaction he already possesses in Christ.
Pray for an athlete competing in the Arue Stadium to press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:14).

1. McMurdo Station is home to about 225 people during the winter months of March – September. Pray that when darkness prevails physically, the Light of the World will shine brightly to these station personnel and scientists.
2. Chapel of the Snows can seat 63 people. Pray that many would come there and hear/accept a clear presentation of God’s Truth.
3. Pray for any Christians currently in Antarctica (McMurdo Station and other locations) to be encouraged as they are away from their permanent homes and families.

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Galindez Island.
Galindez Island has areas claimed by three countries. The Vernadsky Research Base is Ukraine’s only Antarctic holding. Pray for Jesus to meet the needs of the twelve people living there whose hearts must be worried about what is going on in their home country.
Named after an imaginary character in A.A. Milne’s Winnie the Pooh, Woozle Hill can be approached from any direction, so encircling footprints are often seen there. Pray for someone on Galindez Island who feels like his life is just going in circles to seek Christ’s help in getting where he needs to be.
Galindez Island is part of the Argentine Islands, Wilhelm Archipelago. Pray for the salvation of the next Argentine naval officer to go to Galindez Island.

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Niutoua.
Sometimes referred to as the “Stonehenge of the Pacific,” the above monument was built by King Tu’itatui in honor of his two sons during the 13th century (Wikipedia). Pray that Niutoua will have many sons of glory, built up as living stones, to the praise of the Most High God.
In 2016, Niutoua’s population was 671, with a Mormon and Catholic church in the village. Pray for the clear way of salvation (John 14:6) to be available for every family to hear.
Pray for a tourist visiting the above trilithon to see it as an object lesson of the Trinity.
2 Corinthians 4:5-7

“Where can I go from Your Spirit? or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend into heaven, You are there; if I make my bed in hell [Sheol], behold, You are there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there Your hand shall lead me, and Your right hand shall hold me. If I say, ‘Surely the darkness shall fall on me,’ even the night shall be light about me.”
Jeremiah 23:24
“‘Can anyone hide himself in secret places, so I shall not see him?’ says the LORD; do I not fill heaven and earth?’ says the LORD.”
God’s omnipresence is cause for great reassurance to His children. He does not change. He exhibits lovingkindness. He is sovereign. And this God is the One Who has promised to be with us always, to never leave or forsake us. He is with us.
God’s omnipresence can be observed in two ways. As He told Jeremiah, He is everywhere, filling heaven and earth. This is the scope of His omnipresence; there is nowhere we can go that He is not there. He also forever indwells each of His children by the Holy Spirit: “And I [Jesus] will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever – the Spirit of truth…you know Him, for He dwells with you, and will be in you.” (John 14:16-17). He is at once in each of the redeemed, in a more wonderful way than anyone else could ever be with us. We are never alone. He is Who He is, and by His omnipresence He graciously extends the gift of Himself to us in indescribably wonderful and inexhaustible ways. Praise God from Whom all blessings flow!
1. Pray for a worker at the Blue Palau Gift Shop to hear about God’s omnipresence, and come to know that in a personal way through receiving the gift of salvation.
2. Because of their companionship and loyalty, dogs are often considered to be “man’s best friend.” Pray for the Lord to work again in the life of a person who has interacted with the pictured dog, that he/she may meet Him Who truly is man’s best friend.
3. Pray that on this Lord’s Day every Christian in Koror will rejoice in and thank the Lord for His omnipresence.
