Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Saltillo.
1. Continuing yesterday’s allusion to Psalm 1, pray that people sitting at these poolside tables will not be scornful of holy things. If such a conversation occurs with a Christian present, pray for God to give the Christian courage to say something / walk away.
2. Pray for the salvation of a police officer in Saltillo.
3. Pray for both the physically strongest person and the physically weakest person in Saltillo to realize they need Jesus, and trust Him this week to take care of both their life and eternal destiny.
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Philadelphia.
1. Now known as Independence Hall, the Pennsylvania State House is where the Declaration of Independence was signed, officially birthing the United States of America. Benjamin Rush, one of Pennsylvania’s delegates, described the atmosphere of the room as a “pensive and awful silence which pervaded the house,” for the men knew the magnitude of what they were doing, and the risk of signing their names to the document. Pray that God Almighty will always give Americans courage to do what they know is right.
2. A large fireworks show at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway is planned for tonight. Pray that one of the workers in that event will be saved today, that he may know the truth and enjoy the greatest kind of freedom (John 8:32).
3. Pray for Amish families near Philadelphia to understand that salvation is God’s unmerited gift.
1. On Easter Sunday night of 2020, a tornado destroyed the buildings of Grace Baptist Church and its Christian school. Since then, Grace has been working with FEMA to obtain some of the funds for rebuilding. Please pray for the release of those funds to occur soon. Also, the church has received a matching gift offer for the month of June. A little less than half of the offer has been raised, and there are only four days left in the challenge. Please pray for the fullest possible amount to be given.
2. Northeastern Baptist College is a spiritual beacon in a dark place. In April and May, evangelistic outreaches led to 473 salvation decisions. Those same two months also saw a significant slowdown in financial contributions. The end of the school’s fiscal year is June 30. Pray for many Christians to donate this week to NEBC, so that the school can end the year with a strong financial standing.
3. In current American society, having both parents work outside the home is the norm. Financial structures and social expectations are built around that reality, making it increasingly difficult for single income families. Pray for the Lord’s wisdom and provision for all of His children who have made decisions to follow His model for family living.
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Christopher Lake.
1. Pray that everyone who attended the Community BBQ referenced above will have an opportunity to receive Jesus as Savior this summer.
2. Pray for the sanitation worker who drives the pictured truck to meet the only Person Who can truly clean a life from the inside out.
3. The village of Christopher Lake is a mile from the lake for which it is named. The lake has a max length of 9.08 miles and a max depth of 33 feet. The nearest Baptist and Bible churches are in Prince Albert, a town 26 miles away from the village of Christopher Lake. Pray for any Christians from Prince Albert who will be fishing on the lake this week to be burdened to start a church in that vicinity.
On Monday, TGP team members prayed for someone in the French Quarter of New Orleans to except God’s gift of salvation this week. The Lord answered that prayer, and Monday evening nine people trusted Him as Savior! This is a great example of our Father’s using many of His children to further His kingdom. He coordinates our various efforts of sowing and watering gospel seeds, loving people, praying, and harvesting. Let us continue to seize whatever opportunities we have to make Jesus known to the peoples of the world. Thank you for being part of Targeted Global Prayer!
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of New Orleans.
1. A major gathering of pastors is being held at this Louisiana convention center June 11-14. Pray that all policy decisions made will be in line with clear Scriptural doctrine.
2. Pray for someone in the French Quarter to hear about and accept Jesus this week.
3. Pray for a jazz musician whose life circumstances are filled with the blues to meet the “God Who always leads us always in triumph in Christ” (2 Corinthians 2:14).

1. This cross is on the grounds of Camp Rain, a Christian summer camp near Decherd, Tennessee. This week, the camp is hosting an intensive CEF training camp for Christian Youth in Action volunteers from across the state. Beginning next week, these young people will be leading 5-day clubs throughout the state: teaching Bible and missionary stories, memory verses, and songs in community centers, churches, and backyards. Praise God for every young person across our nation willing to step up to the plate to make a difference for His kingdom, and pray for His hand to always be on their lives. Pray for there to be a bountiful spiritual harvest in the lives of the children they will be presenting God’s Word to this summer.
2. Pray for physical stamina for all the leaders and campers as they finish out the week.
3. Pray for someone in Decherd who is passionate about baseball to be even more excited about knowing and walking with the Lord.

1. This corner was one of Laura Ingalls Wilder’s favorite spots in her home. She called it the “living picture windows,” because the scenery outside was always changing. Her husband Almanzo built the center table from a cypress tree. There are more than 30,000 visitors annually to the Wilders’ farm in Mansfield, Missouri. Pray that one of today’s guests will see something that the Holy Spirit uses to draw him/her to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
2. Laura made the following statement, which is posted in the museum: “The responsibility for starting the child on the right way is the parents – it cannot be delegated to the schools or the state, for the little feet start on life’s journey from the home.” Pray for parents across our land to wholeheartedly embrace and act on this truth.
3. Laura also said, “The Little House books are stories of long ago. Today our way of living and our schools are much different; so many things have made living and learning easier. But the real things haven’t changed. It is still best to be honest and truthful, to make the most of what we have, to be happy with simple pleasures, and have courage when things go wrong…” Pray for Christians in 2023 to let God make these “real things” characteristic of their lives.
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Dawson City.
Pray for the family living in this purple trailer to come to know Jesus.
Dawson City is in the Yukon Territory, and was important during the Klondike Gold Rush of the 1800s. The current population is around 1,400, and Dawson City is the second largest town in the Yukon. Pray for the Lord to send a gospel witness to someone living there who wants to know Him, but doesn’t know Who He is.
Pray for a local Diamond Tooth Gertie’s Gambling Hall patron to not gamble with his eternal destiny.
