Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Zaria.

1. Over 1,500 Christians in Nigeria were killed for their faith in Jesus in the first half of 2021. Pray for their family members to find comfort in the fact that the Lord can sew something beautiful out of the torn fabric of their hearts.
2. Pray for God’s provision of daily necessities for widows in Zaria.
3. Several prominent Nigerians live in Zaria. Pray for many of those to trust Jesus alone for salvation.

Acts 1:7-8

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Senafe.

1. Senafe is a market town in the highlands of Eritrea. Just a few kilometers away, archaeologists have discovered a site believed to have once been a major trade city. Pray for archaeologists currently researching the area to find the greatest discovery of all (Col. 1:26-27).
2. The women of Eritrea are said to be especially beautiful. Pray for them to reflect the virtuous woman of Proverbs 31.
3. Pray for plumbers in Senafe to have a genuinely personal and growing relationship with Jesus, not just attend the Orthodox church as part of their culture.

Matthew 22:37-40

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Juba.

1. Pray for all the drivers of white vehicles in Juba to hear about the Lamb Who can make their hearts whiter than snow.
2. Juba is the world’s newest capital city (Wikipedia). Pray for the five newest lives born there to one day hear and accept the gospel.
3. Pray for rest for the weary in this land of turmoil.

Acts 5:42

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Qacha’s Nek.

1. Qacha’s Nek is a high mountain border city between Lesotho and South Africa. It is home to California Redwoods, a cave, and a Snake Park. Pray for one family to be delivered today from the power of the old serpent, and transferred into the kingdom of the Son of God.
2. Pray that workers who fill green barrels like the one above will find the Lord’s purpose for their lives.
3. Pray that Scripture’s clear teaching about Who Jesus is will be understood, and that erroneous cultic doctrine will fade from Qacha’s Nek.

Acts 5:42

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Parakou.

1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to interject a gospel witness into the lives of each of the people in this picture.
2. Parakou is a trade center for cotton, livestock, and grain. Pray for 3 traders today to hear how to trade the old man / kingdom of darkness for the new man / kingdom of light. Pray for them to make that trade.
3. Pray for the children of Parakou to have Godly role models to emulate.

John 3:16

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Mbabane.

1. Pray for workers at The Little Brown Hen Pre-School (center, right) to become like the children they teach, that they might enter the kingdom of God.
2. Eswatini has two capital cities: Mbabane, the administrative capital, and Lobamba, the royal/legislative capital. Pray for leaders in these two cities to make decisions favorable to the freedom of religion.
3. Pray for people who walk on the brown heart-shaped patch of earth (center, left) this month to have someone walk into their lives and share the good news of how God demonstrated His love for them.

John 12:46

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Tibati.

1. Pray for children who play in this field to learn both that Jesus loves them, and how He demonstrated that love.
2. Blackmail is very prevalent in Cameroon. Pray for God’s protection on national Christians and Christian missionaries.
3. Pray for the salvation of those perpetuating civil unrest.

Psalm 96

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Addis Ababa.

1. Pray for residents of Addis Ababa who have lost a loved one in the past year to look to the Lord for hope.

2. Pray for the city’s Jewish population to accept Jesus as their Messiah.

3. Pray for Ethiopians who enjoy history to study the frequent occurrences of their nation in Scripture.
