Pray for students at this school to hear an accurate description of the Word, and believe Him by faith.
Black Lake is a Denesuline First Nation band government. Pray for these Native Americans to find identity and acceptance in the Beloved Son.
Pray for Black Lake’s senior aged residents plagued with arthritis this winter to have relief, and to discover the Source of true joy.

Revelation 4:11

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Bissau.

Pray for truck drivers of this German based freight company to hear a Christian song on the radio along their route that will stick with them.
Guinea-Bissau is known for its wildlife, including salt-water hippos. Pray for workers at the Orango Islands National Park to recognize the genius of the Designer of the hippos, and want to know Him more.
Bissau is the country’s capital, so pray for its government leaders to exercise integrity today in their decisions, seeking the enablement of the only truly holy and just Lord to do so.

Pray for this mosque to become a seedbed for the gospel of Jesus Christ, and pray for protection for new believers.
Burkina Faso means “land of honest men.” Pray for this statement to characterize families who walk with Jesus.
Burkina Faso has a high illiteracy rate, but literacy rates are rising. Pray for students learning to read to be enthralled with the greatest Book of all time.

John 14:1-6

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Jicalapa.

This photo is interesting, because zooming in to the sidewalk-inscribed compass rose near the top center, and comparing that with Google Earth’s compass in the lower right corner, reveals that the concrete-inlaid compass rose does not align with the actual cardinal directions. Pray for someone living in Jicalapa who has a form of Godliness, but whose life evidences a void of God’s actual power, to change that today.
El Salvador means “the Savior.” Pray for the Savior’s message to be proclaimed and received in Jicalapa.
Pray for anyone wearing a pearl necklace in Jicalapa today to realize how valuable she is to the Lord, and to love Him in return.

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Quebec City.

Pray that groundskeepers who maintain the Plains of Abraham will themselves walk in the way of faith which characterized the Biblical Abraham.
Pray for Christians in Quebec to have wisdom from above in making decisions related to corporate worship.
Pray for Psalm 46:10 to bring abiding hope to a Quebec City resident today.

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Ohrid.

As the light of a new year dawns, pray for the cross-work of Christ to transform many lives in Ohrid.
According to Wikipedia, Ohrid “once had 365 churches, one for every day of the year, and was known as ‘Jerusalem of the Balkans’.” Pray for Christianity to have genuine authenticity in the lives of adherents, and not just be an outward cultural formality.
Pray for people in Ohrid eating donuts today to taste and see that the Lord is good (Psalm 34:8), and be blessed as they trust in Him.

Ephesians 6:10-18

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Cabo San Lucas.

Translated into English, Cabo San Lucas means the “Cape of St. Luke.” “Cape” refers to a geographical promontory, and the town is at the very end of the Baja California part of Mexico. Above is the famous “El Arco.” Pray for tourists this week enjoying the beautiful view to hear about the Rock Who can never be weathered away by either time or opposition.
Pray that this week, someone will teach four preschoolers the song “Jesus te Ama” (“Jesus Loves Me”).
Pray for families who are taking down Christmas lights from their yards today to meet Christians who are little lights reflecting the Light of the World.

Ephesians 6:10-18

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Tunisia.

Pray for people walking along this street today to be confronted and embraced with the truth about Who Jesus is.
Not far from the above view is a large high school. Pray for students there to come across a Christian website and have a holy curiosity to know / understand what the Bible says.
Pray for patrons of the Big Love coffee shop to meet the Father Who truly offers the biggest love ever.

Special request: Pray for a boy in Peru whose fifth birthday is today, whose mama passed away in November. Pray for his dad as well.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Viqueque.

The above picture is a broken sidewalk drainage grate. Interestingly, it appears that there is a fern leaf growing in the lower right hand corner, and a white flower growing in the upper right corner. Pray for two people walking along the sidewalk today to see beauty in God’s unexpected work in their lives.
Pray that everyone in Viqueque who eats Sedaap noodles (like Ramen noodles) today will also sense the Spirit’s work in his/her heart, and yield to the Lord.
Viqueque has a high rate of childhood malnutrition. There is also a high rate of adult cigarette/alcohol use. Pray for the salvation of parents, and for a trickle down effect of that to be for the Lord to give them wisdom in how to best provide for the needs of their children.
