Kaunas, Lithuania
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Kaunas.
- Saules Gimnazija is a Catholic high school which opened 99 years ago. Pray for a student there who is wrestling with life’s basic questions to talk to a Christian who will explain the Bible’s answers.
- Kaunas Castle was built in the 1300’s, and 1/3 of it stands today as a restored museum. In 2018, a 23 foot tall Freedom Warrior (taken from Lithuania’s coat of arms) was erected nearby. (Interestingly, the Freedom Warrior was cast in Ukraine.) Pray for every person who was associated with the construction of the Freedom Warrior to have an opportunity to hear about true spiritual freedom (John 8:32) this year.
- Kaunas is located where the Neris and Nemunas rivers join. Pray for someone working by one of the rivers today to thirst for the living God, and hear how to receive rivers of living water (John 7:37-38).

Mariupol, Ukraine
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Mariupol.
- On March 1 and March 24, TGP members prayed for Mariupol residents. The situation continues to degrade, with many describing conditions as “hell on earth.” Pray for many, many residents trapped in the city to receive God’s salvation, so that, no matter what happens, they never go to the real hell.
- The Azovstal Steelworks is Mariupol’s last big stronghold of resistance. Pray for the Lord to miraculously provide safety, sanitation, food/water, and spiritual/emotional healing for those inside.
- Pray for six Russian soldiers attacking Mariupol to trust Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
2 Timothy 2:1-7
San Jose, USA
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of San Jose.
- Pray for employees in the KOED building who will soon be getting off work to think about God and His claims on their lives as they drive home.
- Two days ago, the 44th Annual Nikkei Matsuri Festival in San Jose’s Japantown occurred. Pray for a band member who participated in the event to know the greatest melody of all, the song of the redeemed.
- Pray for churches holding services tonight in San Jose, California, to be fruitful in their endeavors to advance the kingdom of God.
2 Timothy 2:1-7
Alasehir (Philadelphia), Turkey
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Alasehir.
- Jesus sent a message to the church in Alasehir (Philadelphia) in Revelation 3:7-13. Pray for a Christian today in Alasehir to see an open door that God has set before him, and be encouraged to walk through it.
- Pray for 8 people passing the 8-pointed star in the middle of the pictured highway interchange, that whatever the status of their relationship with God, they will grow in faith today.
- Pray for perseverance to continue to be a hallmark of the believers in Alasehir.
2 Timothy 2:1-7
Selcuk (Ephesus), Turkey
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Selcuk.
- Jesus sent a message to the church at Ephesus in Revelation 2:1-7. Ruins of ancient Ephesus are well-preserved near Selcuk. Pray that Christians in Selcuk today will always ardently love the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength.
- The amphitheater at Ephesus (aerial view shown above) seated around 25,000 people. It was the largest in the ancient world (wikipedia). Pray for someone in Selcuk today who has an ancestor that attended an event there to trust Christ as his / her Savior.
- Pray for a policeman in Selcuk to know the peace of God in his life.
Revelation 1:17-18
Akhisar (Thyatira), Turkey
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Akhisar.
- Jesus sent the church in Akhisar (Thyatira) a message in Revelation 2:18-29. Pray for modern believers there to continue loving and serving the Lord, and to abstain from physical and spiritual fornication.
- Pray for every driver of a Komatsu backhoe loader in Akhisar to receive a personal gospel witness this month.
- “Akhisar” means “white castle.” Pray for a homeless person in the city to be adopted by the King of Kings, that one day he may wear a white robe, and live in the greatest castle of all, the Celestial City.
Revelation 1:17-18
Bergama (Pergamos), Turkey
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Bergama.
- Jesus sent a message to the church in Bergama (Pergamos) in Revelation 2:12-17. Pray that Christians living there now will be pure in doctrine and hold fast to His name.
- The above ruins are from the Acropolis. Pray that the truth of I John 2:17 will become real to a historian visiting the once imposing site.
- Five years ago, a factory for the production of wind turbine blades opened in Bergama. Scripture compares the Holy Spirit to wind, and the Greek word “pneuma” is translated “spirit, breath, wind.” Pray for a factory worker to feel the Wind of God blowing across his life, and follow Him in faith.
Revelation 1:17-18
Spencer, USA
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Spencer.
Spencer, Tennessee, is the location of Fall Creek Falls, a nearly 30,000 acre state park. On April 21-24, at the Piney Creek part of the park, a satanic festival is scheduled and being widely promoted.
The day before Jesus’ resurrection, perhaps the powers of darkness thought they had finally succeeded in their rebellion against the Lord of All. As the Lamb of God overcame then, He will always overcome darkness forevermore. Let us join with other Christians in prayer regarding this event (Ephesians 6:12):
- As the festival organizers are finalizing last-minute details over the next few days, pray for the Lord to bring their plans to naught, even to the extent that the festival would not occur.
- Pray for teens / young adults planning to attend out of curiosity to be divinely kept away, and to instead be redeemed by the power of Jesus Christ.
- Pray for spiritual and physical protection for park rangers and regular park visitors.
Psalm 118:21-26
Everett, USA
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Everett.
- Pray for any sets of twins living in Everett, Washington, to come to know / walk with the God Who gave them life and each other.
- Pray for babies born around the world today who were / will be named Everett, to one day decide to love and serve Jesus Christ.
- Pray for a family in Everitt facing bankruptcy to seek and find the wisdom and provision of God in their situation, and give Him glory.
