Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Thies.
Pray for people who sell produce at the above corner to come to know the One Who makes that produce grow.
Thies is known for its tapestry industry. Pray for one of today’s workers in the tapestry factory to realize that the threads of his / her life are being woven together by the Master Designer, and that His pattern can be trusted.
Pray for Biblical churches to be started / grow in Thies.
Ephesians 3:14-19

(from William Tyndale’s 1526 translation of the Bible into English, available on biblehub.com)
This verse immediately follows the great and first commandment to love the LORD our God with all that we are, and to keep His words in our hearts. It is very interesting that the word translated diligently in verse seven literally means “to whet, sharpen.” (Later on in the chapter, the word diligently appears again, but this time it’s the Hebrew word meaning “to keep, guard.”) This is a powerful word picture! Parents are to take God’s Word, and whet it against their children’s lives by repeated use. This will cause His Word to become sharp in its effectiveness in their lives. Hebrews 4:12 states that God’s Word is indeed a powerful and sharp sword; it is therefore the greatest endeavor of parenting to sharpen our children’s hearts and lives to be receptive to it. His Word can be applied and discussed at any given time to any given situation, per the rest of verse seven. No human mandate can override this God-given commission.
Pray for Christian parents around the world to love God with all of their hearts and to have His words in their hearts.
Pray for Christian parents to wisely and intentionally whet His words on the lives of their children.
Pray for these children to themselves become / remain wholehearted followers of their God, who will pass His words on to their children.
Lago Argentino is a glacier fed lake, with some runoff water from the Andes Mountains. The lake’s teal color is from “glacial milk,” mineral sediment suspended in the glacial meltwater. Lago Argentino is Argentina’s largest freshwater lake, and contributes tourism and fishing to the area’s economy.
1. Pray for a visitor to Los Glaciares National Park to see the Creator’s majesty in the views he enjoys, and then recognize the Creator’s right to reign in his own life as well.
2. Many believers around the world have been baptized in lakes or rivers, picturing the salvation that has become the defining moment of their lives. Pray for any Argentine Christians who need to follow the Lord in believer’s baptism to do so.
3. Near Lago Argentino is the town El Calafate, sometimes called by the same name as the lake. Both of the top two World Altitude Gliding Records were set near El Calafate, in 2006 and 2018. Pray for someone living there who has previously heard but not accepted the gospel to do so today, that one day that person may soar even higher than the highest gliding record to live with God in His heaven.

And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.
Macapa, Brazil: Pray for the engineer who designed the bridge that connects Brazil to French Guiana to meet the Engineer Who not only designed, but Himself is the sole Bridge from mankind to God.
Chitre, Panama: Pray for the Lord to protect new believers in Chitre from the influence of false teachers.
Your Choice: Please pray for a request you remember from the other cities featured this week:
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Topley.
Pray for patrons of this restaurant to meet the Savior and follow Him.
One demographics report shows Topley to have 800 residents ages 15 or older. 75 of those live together with a common-law partner. Pray for salvation/discipleship to occur in these people’s lives.
Pray that vacationers staying at the Whispering Pines Hotel will hear/heed the still, small voice of God whispering in their hearts.

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Timbuktu.
Timbuktu is very poor, being plagued frequently by both droughts and floods. Please pray for both the physical and spiritual needs of its people to be met.
Timbuktu’s Sankore University was established in the early 1300’s. Pray for students there to hunger and thirst after righteousness, and be filled.
Pray for both the shortest and tallest adults in the city to put their faith in Jesus.

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Macapa.
Macapa is located on the bank of the Amazon River, ninety-three miles from where it empties into the Atlantic Ocean on Brazil’s northern coastline. The picture above features a statue of three women doing laundry at the river’s edge. The Amazon River is in the middle background of the picture, with the distant shoreline at the far background. Pray for any woman doing laundry today in Macapa to have the opportunity to have her heart cleansed whiter than any fabric could ever be.
Macapa has about 487,000 residents, and the equator runs through the city. Because of this, it has been nicknamed “The Capital of the Middle of the World.” Pray for someone who will cross the equatorial line today to also cross over the line from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of God’s dear Son.
There are a few roads out of Macapa, but most travel to other Brazilian cities is by air or sea. A bridge opened in 2017 that connects Macapa to the country of French Guiana, which is the first road from the country of Brazil as a whole into French Guiana. Pray for the engineer who designed this bridge to meet the Engineer Who not only designed, but Himself is the sole Bridge from mankind to God.
Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Chitre.
Pray for each person in their fifties who lives in one of the above houses to hear of Jesus’ offer of salvation, and respond in repentance and faith.
Not far away from these houses, right outside the Chitre airport, is a sign advertising Banco Delta. The top line reads “¿Necessitas DINERO?” (Do you need MONEY?) Pray for the person who designed the sign to realize that, although we do need money, our greatest need and source of joy is Jesus Christ.
Pray for the Lord to protect new believers in Chitre from the influence of false teachers.
