Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Berlin.
1. The Britz Canal forms a right angle from where we previously walked along it, soon to empty into the Spree River. (On TGP’s first mention of the canal, it was listed under its full name, the Britzer Verbindungskanal.) Pray for the person whose hand can be seen in today’s picture, that he will soon see the hand of God in his life pointing to Jesus, and respond in faith.
2. The lower two pictures show this graffiti along the wall to the right of the driver: “No Justice No Peace.” Though that message could be interpreted in a variety of ways, and could have been written for a variety of motivations, there is a Biblical application (doubtless not intended by the painter). Unless justice for sin is obtained through Christ’s atoning sacrifice, there can be no peace with God. Pray for a person who frequently walks along this dirt road to be prodded by the Holy Spirit toward the realization of his need for justice and peace, hear how to obtain them, and heed the truth.
3. In the midst of current economic and political tensions in Berlin, pray for the Lord to bring revival to and through His churches there.
