Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Tokyo.
1. Many comparisons between following God and various modes of transportation have been made by songwriters and teachers: “Bible Bus,” “Gospel Train,” “Happy Day Express,” “Old Ship of Zion,” etc. Pray for a Christian who has ridden on the pictured red bus to be faithful to study the whole of God’s Word all the days of his life.
2. Pray for pastors in Tokyo nearing retirement age to follow Paul’s advice to Timothy in 2 Tim. 2:1-2.
3. Sunday evening the Go Deaf Missions Team currently in Japan for the Deaflympics went to a basketball game between the US and Israel. The gym where the game was played is only about half an hour’s drive from our current location. Pray for anyone who received a gospel witness that night, that the Holy Spirit will continue to work in each heart, and that those individuals will respond in obedient faith.
