Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Tokyo.

1. Notice the double stroller the pictured pedestrian is pushing. This type of stroller can be used for twins as well as an infant/toddler kid combo. In regard to twins, about 6 out of every 1,000 births in Japan are twins. (By comparison, the USA has an average of almost 31 twins born per every 1,000 births.) Pray for a set of twins in Tokyo to become spiritual siblings this Christmas season by both being born again into God’s family.
2. Japan’s first female prime minister Sanae Takaichi is an ultraconservative just elected two months ago. Her pledge to help Japan can be summarized by a quote in her October 4 speech to lawmakers: “I will abandon the idea of a ‘work-life balance’ — I will work, work, work, work and work.” She is admired by many, even to the extent of people copying her clothing and accessories. For example, her leather purse (large enough to hold papers) is sold out and pre-ordered through next August. The official moniker of this “Sanae Bag” is the “Grace Delight Tote.” (See link below for news article.) Pray that the Lord will reach into Sanae Takaichi’s heart with the gospel, and that she will find delight in His grace and rest in His finished work.
3. Pray for a prisoner in Tokyo’s Fuchu Prison to hear the gospel and believe it, that he may experience the true freedom Jesus described in John 8:31-36.
