Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Tokyo.

1. Just as in the USA, it is currently autumn in Japan. Cooler temperatures and beautiful foliage are enjoyable aspects of the season. Pray that someone coming to Rikugien Gardens today to enjoy these things will think of any previous witness to the Creator that has been previously received, and respond in faith.
2. “Rikugien” means “garden of the six principles,” which refers to the six elements of Waka poetry. The garden was built from 1695-1702, and includes a large central man-made pond and surrounding man-made hills. A highlight of the current season is the garden’s night time illumination shows of the vibrant fall leaves. Pray for a family who is in the process of procuring tickets for the first show next month to meet the Light of the World, be awed by His glory, and follow Him.
3. One beautiful aspect of Rikugien’s illumination shows is how the colors of the leaves are reflected in the pond. Pray for Christians in Tokyo to beautifully reflect the character of their Savior, that all who see their lives may see something of Him.
