Chinatown (Worth St. in Manhattan), NYC

Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of New York City.

New York City has the highest Chinese population of any city outside of Asia, with around 630,000 Chinese residents in NYC proper, and 895,000 in the metro area. There are several different Chinatowns in NYC, the oldest being in Manhattan.

  1. The pictured business is the Fu Shou Tombstone Company. Pray for a worker there to receive and read a copy of the Bible in his language, and come to know the Resurrection and the Life.
  2. A Google search reveals several Baptist churches in Chinatown. As they are true to His Word, pray for the Lord to bless their worship, fellowship, evangelism, and discipleship efforts.
  3. Pray for the next Chinese baby who will be born in New York City to one day become a Christian, and be faithful to love and serve God wholeheartedly.
