Sunday, November 5, was the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church. The following ten countries rank highest for persecuting Christians:
Sudan
Afghanistan
Iran
Pakistan
Nigeria
Libya
Eritrea
Yemen
Somalia
North Korea
1. Pray for the Lord to encourage Christians today in each of these ten countries, meeting their needs and speaking to their hearts as only He can.
2. Pray for Bibles to be available to persecuted Christians. Truly, it is the bread of life for all of us.
3. Pray for the children of Christian families in these nations to personally place their faith in Jesus, and be protected as they grow and are discipled.
Hebrews 13:3 “Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.”
2 Timothy 2:9 “… the word of God is not bound.”
