Pray for the Lord to send out workers to the harvestfield of Rovaniemi.
- Notice the inlaid log in the restaurant island above. Pray for several of today’s patrons to be transformed by the gospel, “that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He might be glorified.” (Isaiah 61:3)
- Rovaniemi is “the official hometown of Santa Claus” (according to Google). Pray for a local resident who sees God as a sort of heavenly Santa Claus to understand Scripture’s portrait of Who He really is and how He relates to mankind.
- Though it came close to total destruction in WW2, today Rovaniemi is a modern city with many attractions. Pray for someone living there whose life is on the brink of destruction to escape ruin by turning to the Rescuer for salvation.
